Partially furnished, but you can bring your own things. Includes electric, gas, water, Internet, and Amazon prime in common area. There is a second fridge out in the garage that can be used so you have your own space. I do have two cats that are super social and sweet. Use of the garage for additional charge. There is parking out front of the house. Close to the I freeways as well as easy access to Rancho California and Winchester. I work Monday through Friday . I keep to myself for the most part, but I am Social Come check it out!
