hello looking for a roommate to fill my newly available bedroom included is- 1 bedroom 1 room/office room can be used as an office or additional living room space 1bathroom this is all located together on the front end of the house. no smoking in house or excessive partying this is a 1 person rental this is a fairly quite household, me and the roommates keep it pretty clean no drama looking for someone similar clean/quite/respectful 🙌 I have 3 cats and they don’t get along with other animals so no pets allowed. everyone in this household is looking for similar age range all utilities included flat $ per month
