$450 A MONTH INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES,WIFI,AND CAN DO MONTH TO MONTH INSTEAD OF A LEASE. FEMALE ONLY PLEASE... I have a clean house in a great area of New Tampa. Room is Furnished and ready to move in. Rent is $450 a month and that includes Utilities, Free wifi, No Deposit, and can do Month to Month instead of being stuck in a lease. Also since it's a house, there is a full kitchen, washer/dryer and all..and I have a computer with internet. I'm looking for a female roommate in her 20s and 30s who is responsible and somewhat clean.Reason is cause I've lived with guys and girls and girls are cleaner and easier to live with.Also there is 1 other girl who moved in last week to another bedroom.. .I Do Not Smoke Or Do Drugs. The place is kinda quiet if anything. The pool is only 5 minutes away also along with the fitness center.The Community has 4 Pools, Tennis Courts, Hiking paths and more. It's to have a good roommate to be friends and Good Roomies who respects your privacy. Only rule is help keeping the place clean and no boyfriends coming over when we are not there or spending the night until we get to know each other somewhat.. .. btw I have 2 cats so you must be pet friendly but they won't go in your bedroom or bathroom.
