We’re looking for a roommate (women and non-binary folks preferred) for our 3 bedroom house in North Asheville. We are mins from downtown and west Avl. Rent is $ a month plus utilities( averages to around $ per person). The common space is fully furnished, and there is a washer and dryer on . The bathroom would be shared with one other person. The room is unfurnished, has a spacious closet, and gets lots of natural light (ideal for plant lovers). We have a front porch and back porch with a backyard, great for hanging out with the many neighborhood stray cat friends. We have two sweet adult male cats already, so no other pets pls. Currently, there are 2 roommates( both yr old f) We work from home/ in grad school, so we need someone to be respectful, but we do enjoy sharing communal meals, movie nights, and host the occasional bonfire!
