Hi! I’m searching for a male roommate for the second room in my bath apartment. It is at The Linx apartments 3 minutes away from USF. On top of the $ there is a $ one time Linx application fee, and as for the move in date, it is completely negotiable, it could be today, it could be a week from now, but ASAP is better!
I’m looking for candidates that not only can pay the rent, but also be a good fit to live with too. Message me and tell me about yourself, hobbies, interests, habits and if you think this is the offer for you!
$ would be your monthly rent (not split). Just to balance it out, you only have to pay of the rent and I will take care of my side of the rent and all of the bills (water, power, mbs internet, streaming services, etc)

- All amenities (Fitness center [under construction currently], 2 pools)
- All utilities (Power, water, pest, cable Internet, garbage, in unit washer, in unit dryer)
- Open parking
- Extra-(All in one printer w/ auto document feeder in living room, Wii & Nintendo switch in the living room)
Personally- I enjoy gaming, dance, social activities, cooking, coding, and just generally hanging out
