I'm a professional single woman with two young adult daughters who live on their own. I'm very clean, respectful, flexible, no drama. I'm also very active - enjoy bike riding, hiking, pickleball, working out - and road trips with girlfriends. I'm looking for a shared house situation for the next year while I'm looking for a permanent living situation, possibly out of California.
