I have a 2 bedroom condo in San Fernando i just remodeled ,new ac/heat, new floors , new cabinets, custom counter tops, in condo washer /dryer, new paint , new fans, new electrical ,new plumbing custom lights and inch theater screen and theater room .I am a air conditioning and heating contractor ,I'm years old, single male. I'm quiet, work alot , so when I'm home I'm asleep , cleaning,doing laundry that's about it .
