Hi! I'm a working professional looking for a room to rent in the South Philly area starting Feb 1 or slightly before. Very clean, neat and respectful and will start a hybrid schedule in April. I have a small well behaved dog that I share with my ex that I'll have for 3 month periods at a time. Don't smoke and drink rarely. Some info about me... Originally from the UK and have lived all over the states. Love sports like tennis and volleyball, playing music, yoga and nature. Just moved to Philly from NYC and am excited to set down some roots.
