I have a square foot house in Temecula and I have a room for $ available on and a $ room available on . Ours is a lively home. It’s not unusual to find a game of trivial pursuit or some Nintendo switch game going on downstairs. We have a monthly poker game and we celebrate all of these things holidays. You’re invited to all of these things, or you can retreat to the silence and solitude of your own room. These rooms have a shared bathroom. We have two very friendly dogs and one really mean neighbor. We just lavish attention on the dogs and try to avoid the bitching next door. All you need to move in is your first month’s rent. I rent to a few other really nice people and everyone gets along. Rent includes utilities, WiFi, free parking, and an occasional meal. The room pictured has already been rented. I don’t have pics of the available rooms yet because they’re occupied, but I’m working on it.
