Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate/place to rent in early-mid February ! About me: In my ~mid s, working in ops at a healthcare company, I have 2 small dogs (so would prefer a fenced backyard), and I work hybrid but most days in the office. Looking to stay in the cherry creek area (flexible) and prefer a house but open to an apartment/condo! Living habits: generally very tidy, no smoking of any kinds (require no smoking in house), rarely host but would like to be able to have people over after discussion.
