Key points you need to know are I don't club, I don't throw parties, I have 2 dogs both not vicious, I like a clean home and I don't touch other people's food. The apt itself is 1005 Sq ft and you would get the master which has a shower not a tub. There is a full size washer and dryer and a patio with higher walls. The apt is on the bottom floor and close to frys and other stores, the 51 and the 101. Rent is 815, water sewer trash is 60. Cox Internet is 60 split so 30 each. I work monday through friday 730 am to 4 pm. I do not do drugs and any cigarettes are smoked outside. I'm easy to get along with if you live a similar lifestyle to me.
