Hi there. Hoping to find a decent area that’s quieter than the 1st floor apartment on the corner of 2 main streets where I am currently. Looking for a household/building with mature occupants. I’m very clean especially in shared spaces and looking for the same. Easy going and have no problem keeping to myself but appreciate a harmonious and comfortable home environment and I’m good for a convo or jokes or collabs/outings. I’m usually occupied with my interests and pursuits. year career in audio video production, also work in healthcare and occasional handyman on the side with some creative endeavours. I don’t really host company, don’t drink unless out celebrating, I don’t smoke cigarettes but absolutely don’t mind if you enjoy cannabis.
