We have a lovely, convenient accommodation to rent ONLY for Female students. It is a lovely shared environment for peaceful young women. The standard lease is for 12 months but we do accept short term lease minimum of months, however rental fee per month will be slightly different.

Monthly rent of $640 including internet, water and electricity fully furnished, including a cleaner who cleans only the common areas once a fortnight.
It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the university.
