We have a lovely, convenient accommodation to rent for Male and Female students. It is a lovely shared environment for peaceful tenant. We have only Four rooms AVAILABLE. One extra large room is available price is slightly higher than the normal standard room.

Weekly rent is $150 including internet, cleaner, water, gas and electricity fully furnished in a beautiful family home. A cleaner that cleans the common area only fortnightly.

The standard lease is for 12 months but we do accept short term lease, however rental fee per month will be slightly different.

This is a family home and we look after each other needs.
It only take 3 minutes to walk to the university and it is close to all amenities. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Jesmond Shopping Centre, Post Office, Restaurants etc..
