Our home is super chill, positive, clean, safe and cozy! Our home is filled with very long term housemates that are quiet, friendly, busy professionals who mostly keep to themselves but are very nice to interact with when paths cross. The Dr. Who themed room listing in my profile is furnished with a queen size bed, bed side tables, lamps, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and brita water pitcher. Rent is three hundred fifteen
a week. Refundable deposit is hundred dollars for this room. Rent includes WiFi, utilities, linens, common household amenities and the commons areas get deep cleaned by either me or a housekeeper weekly.
