This room has been rented and is currently unavailable, I have one room still available for rent check my profile to see my other listings 😊

This galaxy themed bedroom has a closet and is furnished with a queen size bed, mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, keypad lock on the bedroom door. The pictures do not do it justice at all.

The deposit / move in fee is half the monthly rent. The deposit is refunded as long as there are no damages and in the same condition as when you moved into it and a thirty days move out notice is given.

My home is a kind, drama free, mature, trustworthy, authentic, environmentally friendly, equal rights, fun, peaceful, safe, cozy, professional minded environment.

I accept rent paid weekly and biweekly.

Rent Includes furnished room with bedding, towels, utilities, wifi and I even provide common amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc

All common areas get deep cleaned every week. Renter is still expected to clean up after themselves.
