I am looking for someone to share my current apartment with my awesome roommate in Huntington Beach! The apartment is located at 6762 Warner Ave in Huntington Beach. I would have loved to stay throughout my lease but I am being relocated to Dallas for my current job! The current lease ends in March, but my roommate wants to renew the lease again, so if you are looking for something long or short-term this could be a fit for either. It is a 2 BR apartment with 1.5 Bathrooms, to be shared with one other person and 2 dogs (MUST be pet friendly, but please no additional pets as it is only a 2 BR apartment). English bull dog is kennel trained and chihuahua is super chill. You will have a private bedroom and private 1/2 bath. My roommate is 23, female, works in Newport Beach full-time. I am moving Nov. 6th so need someone ASAP! Not asking for deposit, $500 to move in, and $800+ 75 for utilities starting Dec.

I WILL ONLY RESPOND TO YOU IF:
-You are just one person... NO COUPLES!!
-Ages 21-30 ONLY!!!! (female or gay male preferred)
-Has a FULL-TIME job
-You like drinking on a regular basis (1+ glasses of wine after work etc., but not an extreme alcoholic)
-MUST be okay with Dogs (there is an English Bull Dog and a Chihuahua)
-NO additional pets (there is already 2 dogs, and the English Bull Dog doesn't get along well with other dogs)
-Will contribute to cleaning the apartment when necessary
-You are someone who likes to go out and have fun/hang out (not someone who just locks themselves in their room and is anti-social)
-MUST include age, job, sex, name, and /instagram in reply.

Sorry if this is sounding picky, but this is very last minute news of my move to Dallas and I need to find the right fit ASAP, I know exactly the type of person that will get along with my roommate and if you don't meet the above qualifications, it's not going to work out.
