looking to share cool apt uptown

I'm exploring my options for relocation into Queen City and places to live in or near Uptown Charlotte.

I recently reserved a 2bd/2.5bth apartment at The Element uptown. The Element is a new complex and it is really nice. It's close in proximity to everything. Right next to both the BB&T ballpark and the Bank of America -Panthers Stadium. Thus is very close to the Dilworth area, and even closer the the stadium. It's at W MLK Blvd and Church Street. Also the French quarters/bars are in that area too. The unit is on the 14th floor, covered in huge floor to ceiling windows and doors, also it has a double balconies for both bedrooms and the living room. You would have your own bathroom. The unit also has washer and dryer included. The views are incredible. The unit I reserved was the model apartment, which is the reason you'll see that there's furniture already in it. That stuff will be taken out. We would both pay 1500 each, maybe a little less and everything is included in the price (parking, utilities, rent, trash pickup, etc).
