New Listing

Description

I'm looking for a room in a condo/apartment (preferably) that is pretty much newly developed within the past few years or so. If not newly developed, then up-to-date appliances at the least. I would like to be located in or fairly near the Uptown Charlotte area. I wouldn't mind sharing a bathroom with someone, but if have my own bathroom that would be awesome. If the place as a good view of the Uptown Skyline, I'll probably be sold.
