Description

This room comes fully furnished, Queen bed, dresser, Desk. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo, comes with towels and starter personal items( soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). The common rooms are also furnished, kitchen, den, living room/dining room. Utilities, internet, lawn care, pest control, trash, cleaning service for common rooms are included in the rent. We also have a gas fireplace, whole house generator, car port parking, 1 gig internet. We do not live in the house but we do keep an office on the property.
