Description

This is a bedroom in a 3 bedroom home. All 3 rooms will be rented out. This room is room C it comes fully furnished, Queen bed, desk, and dresser. It has a shared bathroom, that has a tub/shower, towels, and starter personal items( shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc). The tenant will have access to the common rooms also fully furnished kitchen, den, living room/dining room. Utilities, internet, lawn care, pest control, trash, and cleaning service for common rooms, (extra charge for bedrooms) are included in rent.
