Sunny room with half bath en suite

Description

This is a large and recently renovated bath house with 2 living/family rooms. I'm looking for 2 roommates for a total of 3 people. Extra bedrooms - 1 is my office and 1 will be a guest room for everyone to use.

This room is on the main floor with an en suite half bath. Full bath has a ton of storage space and shared with me.

All utilities are included. Laundry is in the basement. Room will be unfurnished but option to have it furnished. Easy street parking (pretty much always open) or covered parking in the garage for an extra cost. Lease length/terms are flexible, ideally month to month or 3 months that goes to month to month.
