Large sunny basement bedroom

Description

This is a large and recently renovated bath house. I'm looking for 2 roommates for a total of 3 people. Extra bedrooms - 1 is my office and 1 will be a guest room for everyone to use.

This room is in the basement with a private bath. There are several oversized windows so it gets a ton of sunlight and doesn't feel like a basement. You'd essentially have the basement to yourself.

All utilities are included. Laundry is in the basement. Room will be unfurnished but option to have it furnished. Easy street parking (pretty much always open) or covered parking in the garage for an extra cost. Lease length/terms are flexible, ideally month to month or 3 months that goes to month to month.
