You have your own full bathroom, it is the main room one so guests may use it but we have our own that we use. We have a solid size backyard as well as a deck. Cigarettes are fine outside. Weed is also cool with us. We both work full time. I get up pretty early, other roommate is typical . No pets. We have a pool table upstairs, music equipment in the basement and garage. We do have parties but usually only once a month if that. We aren't clean freaks but we keep the place tidy. Rent is , we split utilities evenly. Washer and dryer work great, extra fridge/freezer in the garage. The overall house is just under 2k sq ft so there's plenty of room for 3 people. Just looking for a clean low stress roommate. Our lease ends in June, have yet to decide if we will re-sign or not.
