my housemate and I have one unfurnished room available in this charming bathroom corner house in sunny Bayview.

The room is about ' with a walk-in closet and hard wood floor. It has a large corner window overlooking the backyard. $ per month plus utilities.

We are very close to public transportation (T-Line only 2 blocks away) as well as both highways, just down the street and not far either. All day street parking (except for street cleaning).

I've lived in this residential neighborhood for about years. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Nearby restaurants: Old Skool Cafe, All Good Pizza, The Old Clam House etc. min drive to popular districts like Dog patch, Potrero Hill and Bernal Heights offering beautiful city views. Other nearby parks are Glens Canyon, McLaren Park, Heron’s Head & Bayview Hill.
