3 bedroom house. 2 floors. Bedrooms are in the top floor and living room, dining, kitchen and bathroom are in the bottom floor. Location is near two metro stops. Great neighborhood (Astoria) with amazing food. No pets allowed.

Two amazing girls. Both in their mid s to early s. Responsible, fun, like to go out but also love to be at home, lately got into puzzles. We share costs on utilities and things for the house (like soap, toliet paper, etc). We rotate cleaning once a week.
