Your room is ( ft), fully furnished with 2 large closets, 6 plus drawer dresser, a queen size bed, TV, large double window, a desk and more… full bath is adjacent to room - (see photos). The house is a thirteen hundred fifty sq/ft manufactured home on lakefront property. Common areas are living room, dinning room, kitchen, all appliances, laundry, two car driveway/carport, sun room, outdoor gas grill, etc. If you like to fish, just step outside. Access to all community amenities included (i.e. 3 club houses with pools, exercise room, pool table, libraries, community events almost daily, etc). Smoking permitted outdoors only . The community is generally very quiet and peaceful. Living on the lake enhances that.

The Roomies are me and my puppy, Sidney. I am the home owner. My name is Stuart. You would be the only roommate. I am a year old, retired businessman from NY. I keep myself busy with a small home-based online business and lots of hobbies. I relocated to Vero in twenty twenty by way of NY. Rent is -hundred per month (minimum 3 months). I have some flexibility with the listed terms based on lease duration - to be discussed. Includes all utilities, Xfinity cable TV & Wi-Fi, parking, use of all community amenities, i.e., pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, and more… Required: Rental application, photo ID, proof of income and one thousand, eighthundred dollars (first month’s rent ninehundred & ninehundred security deposit) due at lease inception or prior to occupancy based on payment method.
