**Apartment Details:** Four-person co-living arrangement. Each tenant has their own private studio unit with a secure door lock and private bathroom. The four tenants share a kitchen space and in-unit laundry.
The private studio I’m subleasing is on the second floor, featuring: a balcony, Samsung smart TV, ample storage cabinets, a private refrigerator, a bathroom, a murphy bed that converts into a sofa when folded.
Shared Kitchen features stoves, oven, microwave, dishwasher, shared refrigerator, and plenty of cabinets. Cleaned every week.
**Housemates:** The other three tenants are all male, but they are rarely seen even on cooking time.
**Rent:** $ (rent + renter’s insurance) per month. Rent covers all utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, etc.). Additional $ for parking lot. Rent is negotiable.
