Single motivated professional looking for a responsible female roommate. House is furnished and would be shared. It’s a 2
bedroom 1 bath (separate vanity’s and sink) the spare room is empty for you and there is a closet. I have senior animals who are my everything so you must be pet friendly (dogs & cats). Apartment is upstairs in a private neighborhood with parking in our own driveway. $ includes rent, all utilities, household items weekly/daily house cleaning. Don’t mind sharing food but I don’t cook much anymore so food is on you. Must be responsible, clean and have good communication.
