1Bed in newly renovated house

Description

Beautiful, bright, happy, newly renovated (just moved back in and am still putting up bookshelves and artwork on the walls) house on a friendly street in a safe neighborhood. The house is small and very cozy. 1 bedroom, shared bath. I am away every couple of weeks. I am an older single woman looking for a female to share the house temporarily with my 2 cats and me. I’m really happy to take someone in temporarily if they have been displaced by the fires.

New bathroom with freestanding bathtub, shower, 2 sinks. Will be shared.
New washer and dryer.
New kitchen with all new appliances.

Sliding glass windows that open on to a balcony that runs the full length of the house. Hillside home with an expansive western view.

Close to shopping and public transportation.
