This is a large bath duplex with lots of artwork and personal touches to make it warm, cozy, and inviting. 2 living spaces, 2 offices/art studios, balcony, deck, fenced in back yard. I'll be doing some extended travel, so I will only be here on rare occasions with my dog. So really this is a very large house for 2 people.

Ideally a year long lease, but open to anything between 6 months and a year. Must have full time employment, no evictions, credit score above +, and make x monthly income of rent.
