Looking for an awesome roommate

Description

I am a pretty easy going, respectful, and responsible roommate and seek for my future roommate to be the same. Ideally, I would prefer to live with a social roommate and not a total hermit. It would be nice to find someone who would be open to having a roomie dinner once in awhile. I just moved in November, so there's space that still needs to be filled up.So, Lastly, you will need to sign a 12 month lease.

P.s. I hope you are ok with a cat.

The apartment is in south coast metro and a couple of miles away from the mall. Also, the room available is an unfurnished master room with it's own bathroom.
