The landlord is also the super and lives nearby, he is very accessible and friendly though there hasn't been any problems he's needed to fix since I've lived here. Heat is also included in the rent and there is a working radiator within the room. Additionally there is a french door closet with a hang bar and 2 horizontal shelves so plenty of space for clothes.

An extra bonus is the backyard accessible through the kitchen, Its about 250-300 sq ft with a planting pot that was used to grow peppers, zucchinis and tomatoes. There is also a grapevine that hangs over some of the backyard to create a natural shelter.
