Looking for a Roommate

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment with starting June. It's on the second floor, but there's a private entrance along with a small yard, off-street parking, and plenty of local food places nearby! The unit features central heat and AC, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The apartment has plenty of windows and is nice and bright during the day. I have German Shepherds and a Corgi), so you must be ok with them. Unfortunately, I cannot accept anyone who currently has pets of their own. The only utilities that you'll be responsible for is half of electric, gas, and internet. I'm looking for a roommate who is much like myself - quiet, clean, and responsible. No smokers. Also, I have a fatal nut allergy, so there's a non-negotiable rule about not bringing nuts/peanut butter in the apartment.
