Former military renting furnished bedroom with shared bath . Tenant will have an assigned parking space in the driveway. Paid bills include water and internet. The electricity will be split between tenant and landlord. There is a forty dollar non-refundable application fee that will be used toward the background check. No overnight visitors, or noisy parties are allowed in the property. Tenant needs to be clean, respectful, and have a stable source of income.
