Description

Hi my name is Emma and I have a room available in a -bathroom apartment in Playa Vista looking for a flatmate.

It has a dishwasher, an in-unit washer/dryer, air-con and heat, walk-in closets, a small balcony, a newly renovated gym down the hall, a pool and jacuzzi, a firepit area, on- maintenance and night security, concierge trash services, and covered assigned parking.

The shared spaces are furnished, but the available room and bathroom are not.

My building is in walking distance to a Whole Foods, CVS, several restaurants, a movie theater, several parks, and a weekly Farmer's Market. It is a very pet-friendly building, but I don’t currently have any pets myself (though I did grow up with dogs and a cat).

I am a single, professional, -year-old woman looking for a friendly and respectful person to be my flatmate. I am friendly but not a big partier and am a non-smoker.
