This apartment is perfect for students as it is conveniently located in a minute walk from ASU, is near a light rail and bus stop, and offers amazing amenities like a pool, gym, and study lounge/club house.

All utilities, including internet, are included in rent, except for electricity in which charges are added to the rent each month.

The apartment is fully furnished with beds, desks, chairs, cable TV and couch. Appliances include fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and in unit laundry. Each room has its own walk in closet and bathroom. The until is on the 3rd floor with a walk out patio.
