Fully furnished with queen bed if you so wish, rest of house is furnished. 3 female roommates-all in grad school, so nothing crazy, and very friendly and relaxed. Male or female roommate welcome. 1 french bulldog. Shared bathroom with 1 girl, very clean. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/TV (no cable, but hulu/netflix/amazon prime). Plenty of parking. Big cozy screened in porch. Move in January (or anytime after December 20), stay through spring or summer. Rent is $575 plus utilities, 60-100$/month.
