I have a room available in my house in south Austin. My other roommate and I are in our mid twenties and are working professionals. We are looking for another female (no couples) also in her mid twenties who is professional and can be relied upon to pay the monthly rent. The $600 a month is for rent and utilities. The lease is for 12 months. You would have your own room and share the bathroom with one of the roommates.
