I've rented out one room, and also had a tenant move out of a detached studio space (this listing). 3 mo min. Private room is approximately 300 square feet with newer laminate flooring. Room is located behind the house, quiet, quaint, and private. Private bathroom. Rent INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES. If interested in renting, contact me ASAP to get your application rolling and secure this room before somebody else does! First month+security deposit and clean credit/background check gets you in! What's private: Your own full bathroom, informal kitchen space with mini refrigerator/freezer and microwave (note there is NO STOVE in the unit), and closet. It is semi-furnished with two twin murphy/wall beds (one has a brand new/never used mattress), however you may BYOB (bring your own bed!) if you wish. One dedicated driveway parking space. Shared with main house: Dishwasher and stove with oven, washer/dryer in the garage. There is one indoor cat living in the main house, and no other pets are allowed. Owner, daughter, and one renter reside in the main house. We host fairly big parties a few times a year, but other than that, the house is mostly quiet. We are friendly, but also enjoy keeping to ourselves and quiet time. Being comfortable with one another is an absolute must. No smoking, no drinking, no drugs, no drama. Overnight guest rules apply and must be agreed upon before signing rental agreement. You should be out-going, have minimal items to move in, sociable, clean up after yourself, honest and responsible. Owner works from home, so potential roommate must work outside of the home full-time. You will be asked for proof of income (going back at least 6 months), and to have a background and credit check run. Rent includes garbage, water, PG&E, and WiFi. Cable not incl. First month+ security deposit due upon move-in.
