Roommate needed-luxury apt ($765)

Hi,
I'm an engineer working in Irving for the past two years. I am looking for a roommate (preferably working) to share a super-luxury apartment beginning in 2nd week of January (flexible by 2 weeks). The rent ($765) includes washer, dryer and garage parking. It is a fancy lakeside apartment with very lavish features. Some of the features in the apartment are:
- Granite/Marble counter tops
- Garden-facing balcony
- 1025 sq. ft
- Gated community with intercom
- Elevators
- Yoga room
- 10 ft. ceilings
- Marble tops in bathrooms, granite in kitchen
- Brand new stainless steel appliances
- Direct access to lake Carolyn walkway
etc. etc.
I am looking for a roommate in the age group of 25-30 to share this apartment. I don't smoke and prefer non-smokers. Occasional social drinking is fine. Should preferably have own car. Do let me know if you would like to discuss further.
