My plans have changed and I can no longer live in Fresno as of January 1, 2016. I am unable to break my lease, so I will need someone to take over the remainder of it, through July. The second room is currently empty, which can also be leased at the same time.
This is a one bedroom/one bath, fully furnished apartment. Pet friendly. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, double sinks, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Everything works great.
Dining room comes with a table and four chairs.
There is a stacking washing machine and dryer, which both work great.
Working heater and A/C.
The bathroom is the Jack and Jill type, where the second bedroom also connects to it. The sink and cupboard space are separate from the toilet and bathtub/shower.
The bedroom comes with a bed, dresser, desk and chair.
The living room comes with a couch, coffee table and entertainment center.
There is a balcony through a sliding glass door off the living room. My cats LOVE the balcony to watch squirrels, birds, dogs, etc..

10 minute walk to the Fresno State campus. Maintenance is always so helpful. You have until the third of each month at 9 am to pay rent, and then it's considered late. I've lived here for a year and a half, and it's been completely safe. It can get loud every once in a while, it is a student-living complex. The pool is huge, and it's always kept so clean. There's a business office with computers that have wifi, and also a printer. The gym is really nice and fully equipped. Gated parking. Security is on the premises at night. The landscaping around the complex is beautiful. PG&E is the only utility bill that is your responsibility. Property management pays for trash and water.

Since I will not be living here, I do not have any preferences on who lives here and takes over my lease; therefore I will not answer any of the compatibility/lifestyle questions or roommate preferences.
