• Convenient location to supermarkets, restaurants, and freeways

• Less than 7 miles to UCR

• friendly but no inside smoking

• Guest privileges, but no overnight guest past pm.

• First months rent and security deposit due before or on move in date. Will prorate rent portion if you move in during the month. Total due if moving in on the first of the month would be the $ for rent and $ for deposit equaling $ total move in.

About the roomies

Hi, my name is Luis, years old male . I’m the owner of the property and do live in the house. Roommates are neat, friendly/responsible young people. Its a quiet, safe and great neighborhood. Currently living in the house is 2 other roommate females . We all work demanding full time jobs so quite hours are in place to insure roommates are able to get rest. I am hardly home since I’m constantly away on business trips and working OT.

We are looking for career driven people/ or current college students who are dependable, respectful and clean.

I also have my dog in the back yard that is an outside dog.
