Currently seeking a potential roommate to rent out my extra room in the Historic Wafco Mills Condo building in College Hill. The building is within walking distance to UNCG, Greensboro College, and Downtown. The neighborhood is really quiet. The unit itself has a gorgeous kitchen, exposed brick, hardwood floors. It's completely furnished with the exception of the spare room. The room also has no closet space. The bathroom is shared. Some storage available in the basement of the building. Pets are negotiable.

About me: I am a 26 year old male. I work full time in Winston Salem, NC. I own the unit and live there with my two dogs, Audrey and Charlie - who are small and extremely friendly. I'm a pretty laid back guy who just spends most evenings at home watching Netflix. I'm easy to get along with and easy to please. I'm a clean person who likes to keep the house in order.
