Looking for roommatees

Description

The place is located in a cool spot on the north east side of Bakersfield. I’m looking for someone professional and trustworthy or a student to take over the other room. I keep the place free of mess but don’t mind a “lived in” home. Looking for someone friendly, I might get a cat soon, and hoping you’d be reliable. I tend to go with female roommates as they tend to be cleaner and more respectful. Tho it’s not a hard no to men. Utilities and bills worked into the monthly rent.
