Hello! My current lease is ending in February and I’m looking for a room to rent. I’m open to both short-term (3

months) and long-term (up to a year) arrangements, depending on what works best for both of us.

I’m a responsible and reliable tenant with a steady routine. I work full-time, so I’m often out during the day and I enjoy relaxing at home in a peaceful and clean environment. I take pride in being considerate of shared spaces and always clean up after myself.

I value open communication and mutual respect when sharing a space. While I enjoy being friendly with my roommates, I also respect personal boundaries and privacy.
