ENCLAVE 1/1 in a 2/2

Description

I am subleasing my furnished room with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet for spring and summer 2016 (until August). I pay $615 a month and all inclusive including utilities, cable, and wifi. Washer and dryer are also included in the unit. I am willing to pay all subleasing fees or negotiate price.
