I’m Dave, seeking a room to rent w/private bath as I've retired to Las Cruces on January 2nd. Currently renting a room in northeast LC with a shared bath. I’m quiet, private but sociable, with references, don’t smoke, have no pets, and by myself (never married) w/no children. After a career in HVAC/R, I’m quite handy around the house as well.
