I am looking for someone to take over my lease in the Metropolis by Laramar building from Feb 1 (can be somewhat flexible) through the end of the lease on May 10. You would have the option to renew the lease if you choose (and qualify)!
(you'll see my rent is lower than their advertised available units, and there won't be a better view).
This is a great 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment with an unobstructed view of the mountains and downtown Denver. Centrally located in the safe and historic Congress Park neighborhood, within walking distance of Trader Joe's.
Pet deposit is paid for and transferrable, so bring your pet!
Rent is $1090, plus $20 (cats) or $30 (dogs) pet rent if you have one. Reserved garage space available for additional $60/month. Utilities billed separately, but usually run around $70/month.
Application fee of $50 to verify rental history, required by management company.
Non smoking building, quiet neighbors, great view, recently remodeled, ceiling fan in the bedroom, clean, stainless appliances, real hardwood floors, tile floors in bathroom, kitchen, and entry way, granite counter/bar top in kitchen, overhead lighting, modern light fixtures.
