New Listing for Summer

Hello! We are looking for a female sublet for Summer 2016 down town
state college, on west college ave above the
Dunkin. There are of us living here at the
moment, three girls and two guys. There are four
bedrooms, one bath, and a fully equipped
kitchen. If you would like to sublet, you will be
sharing room with one other girl, however a bed
will be left here for you. The rent is $553.00, not
including wifi or electric. Wifi is $17.00 and
electric is usually around $8.00 - $10.00 per
person. Each roommate is awesome and very
welcoming. We are fine with occasional guests
and respectful of personal space. We keep the
